From Estate to Counter
Our Philosophy
Oilmania is your portal to exclusively fresh, unblended, single-estate olive oils. A premium, farm-direct, doorstep-delivery brand.
We serve as a direct link between health‑conscious households and artisanal Greek producers, securing limited-batch olive oils that are typically inaccessible to the conventional global supply chain.
Through a nationwide network across Greece’s diverse microclimates, we are replacing the industry norm of circulated stocks and undated extractions with a three-pillar sourcing philosophy:
Purity
Our oil reaches you unadulterated within months of crushing, certified by the exact date of extraction with zero middlemen to compromise freshness or high-phenolic quality.
Consistency
Our network allows us to bypass regional crop fluctuations, sourcing only the highest quality from whichever microclimate performed best.
Diversity
Instead of an engineered taste, we deliver nature’s true palette, featuring 3+ unique flavor profiles from mild to robust for any culinary application.
